Maryland Non-Profit Takes Aim at Sagging Pants
Black Enterprise Magazine September/October 2018 Issue

From The Grio.

The Take Charge Juvenile Diversion program in Prince County, Maryland seems to think young men sag their pants almost to their knees because they don’t have belts.

As part of their Pull ‘Em Up campaign, the Take Charge program is leading a belt drive. People can donate new or slightly worn belts that will be donated to young men in the program at thirteen different locations around the county.

The next step is persuading them that it’s cool to pull their pants up when all their idols like Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, and even Jay-Z sag theirs.

Good luck with that.
