The LAPD responded to a call about armed men around the Los Angeles Lakers player, Metta World Peace’s home early Tuesday morning.
According to sources, the police responded to a call about 4 armed men. Police reached the home and attempted to have the culprits come out by calling them out on a loudspeaker. Unfortunately, Metta’s brother and cousin went outside, without identification, Â to see what the commotion was about and were arrested by the police. Metta was woken up to verify their identities and his family members were released.
Police later discovered that the actual culprits who were residents of the building had returned home with bb guns they used while recording a video. No one was arrested.
