Con Ed Estimates Power to Be Restored by Nov. 10

Con-Ed has been working diligently to restore power to all those devastated by Hurricane Sandy. Over 100,000 customers had power restored over night, but many, as much as 650,000 are still without electricity.

The plan is to have power returned to lower Manhattan over this weekend and areas that have underground wires in Brooklyn. The overheard wires are a bigger problem for Con Ed with over 100,000 down wires across the boroughs.
