Attention Walmart Shoppers: Introducing Walmart Pay

Walmart just launched its own mobile payment solution, Walmart Pay. With the launch, Walmart is currently the only retailer with its own mobile-payment app that works on both iOS and Android. At a Walmart register, customers open the app, choose “Walmart Pay,” and then activate the camera. Scan the code displayed at the register and Walmart Pay is connected. The item is scanned and bagged by a sales associate and the customer is sent an e-receipt.
