But, with the right mentors–a squad comprised of coaches, supporters, and disruptors–we can get ahead in our careers and get through this thing called life.

Sponsors go beyond doling out advice; they make things happen–especially in the workplace. Whether it’s helping you land a new job or mentioning your name as the one to watch for a promotion, they advocate for you, even when you’re not in the room.

Whether you’re looking for a good mechanic or an influencer in your industry, the Super Connector can connect you with almost anyone. Because they thrive off of connecting people, it doesn’t matter if they’re attending a networking event or standing in line at the supermarket, Super Connectors meet people anywhere they go and go beyond exchanging business cards to establishing extraordinary relationships.
Mentor 5: The Cheerleader
