We all seek comfort. It is a human necessity. From wanting a warm and cozy bed to fresh water, we actively pursue having a long life, full of education and a decent standard of living.

According to the Human Development Index by the United Nations Development Programme, places like Niger and Mozambique are some of the worst places for a human being to live. Combining factors such as a country’s income, their life expectancy and years of combined school, the U.N. created a ranking system to highlight the standard of living.

Out of all the world’s most livable countries, the top five are places we believe that comfort seekers will embrace and enjoy if given the opportunity to call the place home.
