The site is also filled with ideas on how businesses can build a name for themselves using Twitter to push special offers, exclusive content and retweet promotions, as well as using the network for real-time customer service. These functions of Twitter are illustrated through a wide range of success stories included on the site, from brands such as Airbnb, Cadbury’s Wispa, ESPN, Hailo, Sharpie and Volkswagen.
