Undecided Voter Describes Debate as Biden Trying To ‘Win An Argument With a Crackhead’

After last night’s presidential debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden, many voters were surprised, some were entertained but yet, some are still undecided.

A virtual focus group was assembled Tuesday night to get feedback from undecided voters to see if they remained undecided or if the first debate changed their perspective about a particular candidate. According to Politico, the virtual focus group was conducted by veteran Republican pollster Frank Luntz. Out of the 15 undecided voters, four stated that they support Democratic nominee Joe Biden while two support President Trump. The remaining nine are still undecided. The participants, nine men and six women, hailed from Arizona, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Nevada.

In amazement, Luntz directed this question toward the remaining voters who were still undecided.

“You just saw 90 minutes. How can you still be undecided?” Luntz asked. “Please explain that to me.”

Based on the response from the voters, most of them viewed Trump in a negative light, including one who was leaning toward voting for the president. Some of the descriptions used by them viewed Trump as “unhinged,” “arrogant,” “forceful,” a “bully,” “chaotic,” and “un-American.”

Biden fared slightly better as they used such descriptors as “better than expected,” “politician,” “compassion,” “coherent,” and a “nice guy lacking vision.”

Ruthie, a voter from Pennsylvania who is now favoring Biden, described the debate with Trump as trying to “win an argument with a crackhead.”

Joe, who resides in Arizona, went into the debate leaning toward Biden and afterward decided that he will place a vote for him. Referring to Trump, he said, “He inflames a lot of anger in this country.” He also stated that Trump “couldn’t defend his record on slow-walking” the government’s response to COVID-19.

But Luke from Wisconsin, who decided he will cast a vote for Trump. Luke admitted that although “Trump is annoying, he’s unpresidential” he trusts Tump on the economy and “law and order.”
