On this special edition, we feature Debbie Dyson, Corporate Vice President of ADP, who shares her 28-year journey that took her from an entry-level position straight out of college to becoming a top executive at one of the largest payroll companies in the nation. Then, we profile the 2016 Women of Power Legacy Award honoree and education pioneer, Dr. N. Joyce Payne, who discusses her motivation for starting the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, an organization responsible for awarding more than $250 million in scholarships to students attending public historically black colleges and universities. From there Dr. Renee Powell, our second Legacy Award honoree, is a pioneer in the sport of Golf. She recounts how she broke racial and gender barriers and opened doors for women to get in the game.
