From Industry Interns to Entertainment Execs

Stacy Milner took a non-traditional path into the workforce, which has since sparked a movement for many more who look like her. While she didn't attend college, she worked her way through the ranks as an intern and ultimately a leader in the entertainment industry, who now opens the door for hundreds of minority students to pursue entertainment industry careers. Through EICOP -The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program --Stacy leads a team dedicated to educating, training, and recruiting the best and brightest student leaders from HBCUs and other Minority Serving Institutions for careers across all aspects of the entertainment, music, sports, gaming and tech industries. An industry veteran, she is also Founder and CEO of Executive Temps, a premier employment agency that has exclusively served the entertainment industry for over 30 years.
