Mahisha Dellinger, the founder and CEO of black haircare brand CURLS L.L.C. is helping women grow their businesses and take them to the next level. Speaking on BLACK ENTERPRISE's "Hip Hop and Enterprise", Mahisha relives her journey from quitting her full-time job to launching one of the pioneer natural haircare brands. With the success of CURLS, Dellinger has gone on to publish her book "Against All Odds: From the Projects to the Penthouse" and host "Mind Your Business with Mahisha" on OWN where she mentors Black female entrepreneurs. After launching the Black Women Making Millions Academy last year, Dellinger is focused on empowering 25,000 Black woman-owned businesses.
