We chat with the chair of the Republican National Committee and former Lt. Governor of Maryland Michael Steele. Our panel guest examines the high drop out rate among African American high school students. They include Michael Wotorson, chairman of the "Campaign for high School Equity"; Marc Morial, president and CEO of the National Urban League; and Cleveland Beckett Jr., Chief of Staff for new York City Councilman Larry Seabrook. and Finally, Professor Ted Delaney, chair of the African American Studies department at Washington and Lee University, shares his story to being hired by the very college that bared him from attending as a student.
