Obama’s Raise Value of White House While in Office to $294.9 Million


According to online real estate database, Zillow, since President Obama moved in to The White House, the residence has actually gone up in value.

With 55,000 square feet of indoor space, 132 total rooms, 35 bathrooms, 16 bedrooms, three kitchens, and 18 acres, the home has an estimated value of $294.9 million, up from $275.6 million, back in 2009.

Zillow’s chief economist, Stan Humphries, says, “The White House is more than just a home; it’s a symbol of America.”
