For as much as we tout Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech, the reality is that there is a huge wealth gap between blacks and Whites.

These economic disparities have persisted over the past half-century even amidst all of black America’s recent successes. With not that much progress made in closing the fiscal chasm between the races, there isn’t a lot of room for empathy when the other side claims to have strenuous issues.

Being in the upper class of society, according to this trending topic #RichWhitePeopleProblems, is harder than one would believe. From having to make arrangements with the cleaning lady to ensuring that your Range Rover has silk embroidered-seats—just because one has a lot of money doesn’t mean it gets any easier.
