Critics Condemn Fox News’ Tucker Carlson For Stating 17-Year-Old Killed ‘To Maintain Order’ in Kenosha, Wisconsin

There is seemingly no limit to the things Fox News’ Tucker Carlson will say, especially when it comes to matters regarding the recent social injustice protests that have been taking place throughout the country.

Critics have come out to condemn the controversial host because of comments he made on Tucker Carlson Tonight Thursday evening regarding the 17-year-old white man who killed two people during the protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin. “How shocked are we that 17-year-olds with rifles decided they had to maintain order when no one else would?” he asked during his program last night.

People in Wisconsin are protesting after video footage showed an unarmed Black man being shot in the back multiple times by white police officers in front of his children as he entered his vehicle in Kenosha, Wisconsin, this past Sunday.

Earlier this week, Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of two men who have not yet been identified. Rittenhouse, who is from Antioch, Illinois, used a semi-automatic rifle in the attack.

Carlson took to Twitter with this statement.

The reaction to his comments during his show and on his Twitter account was swift criticism.
