Diversant Expands U.S. Presence With Acquisition Of Atrilogy Solutions Group


Augmenting its continuous growth, information technology staffing firm Diversant LLC has acquired Atrilogy Solutions Group.The purchase will allow the Red Bank, NJ-based Diversant to expand its U.S. presence. It will pick up a California-based information technology staffing services firm that offers its business nationwide.

“We are thrilled to welcome Atrilogy staff, employees, and technology professionals to the Diversant family,” John Goullet, Diversant’s chairman and co-founder stated. “Atrilogy’s excellent reputation in the marketplace aligns with our mission to be the IT recruiting and staffing company of choice.”

Diversant has grown significantly since starting in 2005. The combined company will have revenue over $225 million. Its services include staff augmentation, direct-hire, and payroll services.

Diversant, a certified minority business enterprise (MBE), claims the largest African American male-owned IT staffing firm in the United States with 15 office locations. It also states it is one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing IT staffing firms. With revenue of $190 million, BLACK ENTERPRISE’s 2019 BE 100‘s list, an annual ranking of the nation’s top Black-owned businesses.

In 2019, the company purchased Alliance of Computer Professionals (ACP), Minneapolis-based IT staffing firm. Diversant reported the union of talent and resources positioned the company to build upon its current footprint in the Minneapolis and Atlanta markets. The company disclosed the strategic investment enhanced its capability to help more companies with finding the right talent to support their technology projects and initiatives.

In another interesting development, Diversant co-founder and CEO Gene Waddy has been named on Staffing Industry Analyst’s 2021 Staffing 100 North America List. The list cites and recognizes influential leaders who have had a significant impact on the staffing industry in North America. Staffing Industry Analysts calls itself the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions.
