Drake Settles Suit with Singer from “Marvin’s Room”

Rapper Drake has settled a lawsuit that a female vocalist filed against him, TMZ reports.

Ericka Lee sued Drake last year claiming that she co-wrote the song, “Marvin’s Room,” from his Grammy-award winning album Take Care but she never got credit or money. Drake said he never promised her anything for using her voice on the track.

Lee also claimed that she and Drake had a romantic relationship from 2010-2011 and that Drake threatened her if she didn’t drop the lawsuit. Drake denied all her allegations.

But now they’ve come to an agreement, and the case was dismissed February 2nd. There’s no word on how much money Drake had to pay.
