A Johns Hopkins gynecologist allegedly videotaped patients using a secret device, according to an employee.

According to a letter sent to a law firm in Baltimore, the employee told hospital officials of her suspicions of Dr. Nikita Levy, who she believed was taping images of his patients using what appeared to be a writing pen that was worn around his neck.
