Hov’s Hot Spot Returns: 40/40 Club Back At Fanatics Fest NYC

The 40/40 Club is making another return to this year’s Fanatics Fest NYC, nearly a year after initially appearing as a pop-up at last year’s event.

According to The New York Post, JAY-Z, the billionaire recording artist, co-founder, and Fanatics investor, will bring back the lounge for V.I.P. guests at this year’s event. The Fanatics Fest will occur from June 20 to June 22 at the Javits Center from June 20 to June 22. The rapper is expected to attend again this year.

The famed venue debuted in 2003 and made its mark in the New York City nightlife scene. After 20 years, its doors have closed, and the brand will appear as a reimagined version of the lounge.

Attendees of the 40/40 Club pop-up will include a strictly invite-only guest list with an array of celebrities, athletes, business executives, and invited members of Fanatics, as well as other elite people. At last year’s Fest, a list of V.I.P.’s included celebrities like Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Jake Paul, Lil Wayne, Quavo, Tiffany Haddish, Alix Earle, Winnie Harlowe, Livvy Dunne, Robert Kraft, CC Sabathia, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Jalen Rose, Carmelo Anthony, Jalen Brunson, Lawrence Taylor, Dez Bryant, Warren Moon, Michael Irvin, and many more.

The media outlet has reported that the expected elite guests anticipated for this year’s event will include Tom Brady, Derek Jeter, Dan Marino, John Elway, Peyton and Eli Manning, Dwight Howard, Cody Rhodes, The Undertaker, Rhea Ripley, and many others.

Last September, the Politics as Usual lyricist was on hand when Fanatics opened a venue in Atlantic City. At the grand opening of the first Fanatics Sportsbook at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, JAY-Z was joined by Fanatics Founder and CEO Michael Rubin, Fanatics Betting and Gaming CEO Matt King, and Ocean Casino Resort GM Bill Callahan. The event took place on Sept. 15.
