Natalie M. Hibbert is the vice president of human resources & corporate operations at Earl G. Graves Ltd., parent corporation of BLACK ENTERPRISE media.

Hibbert manages the recruitment of candidates for positions within Earl G. Graves Ltd., oversees wage and salary administration, and is responsible for employee benefits programs and training. She also ensures that company-wide operations are at or above standard efficiencies through employee effectiveness and equipment maintenance. Hibbert holds regular meetings with direct and indirect employees to communicate benefits updates and is responsible for ensuring employee effectiveness across all platforms.

Hibbert assumed her role as director after serving as employment and benefits manager from 1997 to 2005. Prior to joining BLACK ENTERPRISE, she was administrator, corporate human resources at Macy’s East (formerly Abraham & Straus).

Hibbert holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the City University of New York-Hunter College.
