Connect With Small Business Exhibitors at the 2017 Entrepreneurs Summit

Small businesses play a crucial role in local communities around the country as well in our nation’s economy as a whole. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, “more than half of Americans either own or work for a small business, and they create about two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year.”

This is why it’s important to recognize and celebrate entrepreneurs and small business owners each year during National Small Business Week. In honor of Small Business Week, Black Enterprise is highlighting some of the small businesses that will be featured at the business expo hall at the 2017 Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Summit. If you’re planning to attend the conference, be sure to stop by “The Exchange — Exhibitor Setup” and take advantage of the opportunity to connect with and learn from some of these forward-thinking entrepreneurs as they share their strategies and solutions.

Here are a just few of the businesses that you’ll meet:

To fill this need, in 2013 he opened the first Hammer & Nails, a grooming shop for guys, on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.

Elliot was also featured in the Season 6 premiere of ABC’s Shark Tank. Although he didn’t convince the Sharks to invest in his company, the gained national TV exposure took his company to a whole new level.
