During the chat, sponsored by Prudential, Timmons will answer questions regarding financial planning and overcoming the unique financial pressures to black women. The financial behaviorist helps others identify the hindrances that keep them from their monetary goals.

Timmons founded Sterling Investment Management, Inc. and is the author of Financial Intimacy: How to Create a Healthy Relationship with Your Money and Your Mate. The money guru holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business and a BS in marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Since becoming an expert on financial planning, Timmons has made appearances on CNN, HLN, and Black Enterprise’s Women of Power TV, among other national television programs.
