WNBA Champion Dana Evans Launches Lash Vending Machines With OpulenceMD Beauty

OpulenceMD Beauty has teamed up with a WNBA champion to launch a product designed to promote safe eye beauty for all women.

Last Wednesday, the luxury eye-focused beauty brand announced a very special partnership with WNBA champion and All-Rookie Team member, Dana Evans of the Chicago Sky. The new partnership will see eyelash vending machines placed on college campuses across the country, starting with Evans’ alma mater, the University of Louisville.

The new innovative eyelash vending machines were made in part of OpulenceMD Beauty’s commitment to helping women of all ages and backgrounds enhance their eye beauty with confidence while placing a priority on their vision health.

“I’m excited about this partnership with OpulenceMD Beauty; first, because it’s a Black-owned business, and secondly, because I love eyelashes and have been wearing them since high school,” Evans said.

“This collaboration is so near and dear to my heart because eyelashes are a part of my identity, and now I can represent and support bringing awareness to young women on the importance of safe eye beauty,” she added.

Created by board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Anika Goodwin, OpulenceMD Beauty has a full range of glue-free magnetic lashes, eye makeup, skincare products and tools specially designed to keep eyes safe while simplifying beauty routines. Since appearing on Shark Tank and securing a $100,000 investment, Goodwin has taken her beauty brand to new heights.

“The opportunity to partner with Dana and collaborate on our inaugural launch of the lash vending machines is an absolute dream,” Goodwin said. “Starting on the campus of her alma mater, we will be able to provide easy accessibility to high quality, affordable, ophthalmologist-approved eye beauty accessories in addition to bringing a new revenue stream to the University and providing jobs for students. The ‘Sky’ is the limit!”

The new announcement came just in time for OpulenceMD Beauty’s LUXE FOR LESS magnetic lash collection launch. With magnetic lashes that match different eye shapes, customers can get the volume lashes everyone loves without all the hassle that comes with applying eyelash glue or spending money on eyelash extensions.
