Diddy’s Daughter Chance Combs Celebrates Acceptance To NYU With Heartwarming Social Media Posts

Chance will be a part of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts' class of 2028.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ daughter Chance took to Instagram to celebrate a major milestone moment in her life. On Dec. 15, the 17-year-old announced that she was accepted into New York University.

Chance shared a collage onto her Instagram Story of the moment she learned she’d been accepted to NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts as a student in the class of 2028, People reported. The aspiring actress shared that she was in the car with her mother, Sarah Chapman, when she received the acceptance email.

Along with the video of her reading her acceptance letter to NYU, she added several photos of herself visiting NYU and enjoying New York City. Chance posed on the campus and at the landmarks in the surrounding area.

The aspiring actress captioned the post, “NYU! Dreams do come true!! 💜💜”

In July, around college application season, 53-year-old Sean Combs shared an Instagram post where he gave his daughter a pink rose.

He captioned the post, “Words can’t describe how proud I am to watch you go after and accomplish your goals! GO CHANCE GO! I love you so much! @myfancychance.”

His daughter took to the comments and wrote, “Thank you for supporting my dreams. I love you daddy!!💖.”

As previously reported, Combs has been in the media for being sued by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura for allegedly raping, sex trafficking, and trapping her in a domestic violence on Nov. 16. Although the pair reached a settlement one day after its filing, he was then named in several more lawsuits.

Combs finally spoke out explicitly about the lawsuits filed against him. He wrote in a statement obtained by PEOPLE, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”
