Entrepreneurs: 5 YouTube Stars Who Make Healthy Habits Easy to Pencil In

“I don’t have time,” can be a common phrase in entrepreneurs’ daily conversations, especially those balancing the management of business challenges and successes. And with black women being the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs, you can add motherhood and spousal duties to that daily to-do list. It can seem like there’s barely enough time in the day for even the most common essentials of taking care of your employees, your clients and your family–never mind yourself.

However, one of the daily habits of the most successful people in the world is consistent scheduling of workouts, and the who’s who–from President Obama to Oprah Winfrey–take the time to exercise. They make it an important part of their week, with some working out daily to remain balanced and ready to take on the day.

Check out five YouTube stars who make that old excuse about time that much less valid, offering fitness and nutrition resources and workouts that you can do in less time than it takes to order a sandwich during the lunch rush.

Keaira LaShae

This fitness phenom has more than 975,000 subscribers and her reggae- and soca-infused workouts have gotten more than 70 million views. Many of her routines are less than 20 minutes, high impact, and can be done right in the comfort of your home (or office.) She even incorporates everyday household items in her workouts (so no excuses about not having equipment allowed.)

Tiffany Rothe

This is another YouTube star boasting more than 700,000 and more than 100 million views who offers 10-minute workouts that you can mix and match based on your goals, from fat-burning to strength training.

Massiel “Massy” Indhira Arias

This 20-something certified personal trainer also known as Mankofit offers quick videos on home exercise routines many of which are no more than 6 minutes long. From ab workouts to core to yoga-inspired moves, Arias has something for almost everyone. She also offers healthy recipes for that post-workout meal.

Rahman “Shut Up And Train” Grayson

He’s trained the likes of TV’s Judge Hatchet and Tia Mowry and uploads videos like “30 Minute No-Equipment” and “Ab Assault” that any busy power broker could fit in when they’re nowhere near a gym or their own personal trainer. He also does motivational videos to get his audience pumped beyond just the physical.

Kevin Curry

Curry’s Fit Men Cook channel offers healthy, budget friendly recipes and how-tos for men (but women can try as well). Curry’s story includes making a decision for himself to take his health seriously, even after unsuccessfully using exercise alone to combat sluggishness and extra pounds. Via research, trial and error, and great results, he offers quick and easy options for those who think eating healthy has to be expensive and tedious.
