Dirk J. Caldwell is the senior vice president, national director of multimedia sales at Earl G. Graves, Ltd., the parent company of BLACK ENTERPRISE. In this capacity he is responsible to the CEO & President for the administration, operation, and function of BLACK ENTERPRISE’s advertising sales and the achievement of its revenue requirements across all platforms, print, television, digital, events and Internet.
Caldwell joined BLACK ENTERPRISE in 1994 and has more than 15 years experience within the company’s advertising department, and more than 20 years of experience in advertising, multicultural marketing, and sales.
Mr. Caldwell received his bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia
