Woman Who Claimed Affair With LaTocha Scott’s Husband Says Instagram Was Hacked, Denies Romance

A woman who allegedly accused the husband of Xscape group member LaTocha Scott of having an extramarital affair has claimed that her Instagram page was hacked.

An Instagram post by Unykue Foucha, who states she is an entrepreneur on her page and the founder/CEO of a company named, HAUTE BODY,  revealed in a recent post that the news of an affair with Rocky Bivens is false.

“MY PAGE WAS HACKED!! “I am NOT pregnant! Nor am I having an affair with anyone. The Fact that a fake sonogram was made with no information on it is crazy. I would never EVER knowingly date a married man!!!

“That is NOT my character. “I was once a married woman myself. I have 3 amazing and handsome sons that came from that relationship. I do my best as a single parent and my boys are proud to call me momma. It’s insane that a simple pic at an event turned into a nightmare. I feel for everyone involved because I actually love Xscape.

“I don’t know what this is about or who would go to these EXTREME measures. But this was obviously a set up in an attempt to ruin MY FAMILY AND THEIRS!!! I don’t know what’s going on just yet but I’m going to get to the bottom of this.”

Earlier this week, BLACK ENTERPRISE reported that Foucha posted receipts that seemingly show she was having an affair with Bivens.

“The most f**ked up thing the universe can do to you is let you meet the right person at the wrong time,” Foucha stated in the caption posted by The Shade Room. The post had two pictures in it. It showed a photo of Foucha and Bivens posing for the camera and another which revealed an ultrasound of a developing baby.

‘The Rock’ Purchases Everyone’s Groceries From 7-Eleven In Hawaii He Used To Shoplift From

What a clever attempt at clearing a guilty conscience.

Dwayne Johnson took to Instagram over the weekend to document a special visit to a 7-Eleven convenience store in Hawaii where he said he used to shoplift from as a teen.

According to Johnson, he used to steal a king-sized Snickers bar from the location every day when he was 14 years old.

“I was broke as hell, so I used to steal a king sized Snickers every day from 7-11 for almost a year when I was 14yrs old, on my way to the gym,” he wrote in the post.

“The same clerk was there every day and always just turned her head and never busted me,” he added.

The video shows the former WWE wrestler purchasing every Snickers bar in the store. Additionally, he paid for every customer’s groceries while he was there.

“We can’t change the past and some of the dumb stuff we may have done, but every once in a while we can add a little redeeming grace note to that situation—and maybe put a big smile on some stranger’s faces,” Johnson wrote.

HuffPost reported that Johnson’s family was evicted when he was 14 after his parents were unable to afford the rent for their one-bedroom apartment.

“We were living in an efficiency [studio] that cost $120 a week,” Johnson told The Hollywood Reporter in 2014. “We come home, and there’s a padlock on the door and an eviction notice. My mom starts bawling. She just started crying and breaking down. ‘Where are we going to live? What are we going to do?’”

“I started getting arrested for fighting, theft, all kinds of stupid [stuff] that I shouldn’t have been doing,” he told The Sun last year.

“We were evicted from Hawaii in ’87, and after all these years―I finally got back home to right this wrong,” the actor added in his Instagram post. “I finally exorcised this damn chocolate demon that’s been gnawing at me for decades.”

According to Insider, Johnson purchased $298 worth of Snickers bars.

Joining forces with local organizations, “We All Eat” will provide capital support, operational manpower, and innovation solutions to address the lack of healthy food options in communities throughout the country. As the first “We All Eat” initiative, SNIPES has partnered with Dion’s Chicago Dream, an organization established to create financial, physical, and emotional stability for Chicago’s residents by combating hunger. The SNIPES x Dion’s Chicago Dream partnership is designed to combat food insecurity in 24 Chicago neighborhoods with a goal of feeding 10,000 Chicago residents each week. Running each week for three months in the first iteration, SNIPES and Dion’s Chicago Dream will serve fresh produce otherwise difficult to come by in those 24 Windy City neighborhoods.

The SNIPES x Dion’s Chicago Dream “We All Eat” initiative will provide a week’s worth of brand-new produce to households every week, moving the recipients from food insecure, to food secure. Dion’s Chicago Dream currently provides more than 11,000 pounds of fresh produce to 1,300 residents per week. With the help of SNIPES, the organization will set a goal of feeding 10,000 residents each week.

SNIPES has also partnered with CookUnity, a national chef-collective that aims to share healthy meals beyond the restaurant. This holiday season, SNIPES and CookUnity will provide nutritious meals to people in need around the United States. Kicking off in November and running for three months in this first round, SNIPES and CookUnity will deliver 600 meals per week to residents in Newark, Atlanta, and Brooklyn. To amplify this initiative, SNIPES and CookUnity have partnered with the following civic organizations in each market:

  • H.O.I.C.E.S. (Atlanta, Ga.): C.H.O.I.C.E.S. works to address the complex and interrelated issues of food insecurity, poor nutrition, obesity, and diabetes through culturally-responsive programming that is intergenerational. The organization focuses on serving low-income families in Metro Atlanta food deserts. These families face socio-economic barriers to accessing and preparing affordable, nutritious meals at home. C.H.O.I.C.E.S. primarily serves Black/African-American and Hispanic communities, which disproportionately suffer from food inequities, resulting in health disparities.
  • The Apostle’s House (Newark, N.J.): The Apostles’ House (TAH) is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization devoted to providing comprehensive social services to homeless women and children and individuals or families at risk of homelessness in Newark and Essex County, N.J. TAH seeks to help homeless and at-risk families transition to more stable housing environments and become self-sufficient through an empowering environment.
  • YWCA Brooklyn (Brooklyn, N.Y.): YWCA Brooklyn offers over 300 permanent, safe, and affordable homes in our downtown Brooklyn building for low-income and formerly homeless women, many of whom have experienced gender-based violence. YWCA Brooklyn residents are a part of an active and supportive community and receive a variety of services to help them live independently and age in place.

Gunman Behind Racially-Motivated Buffalo Mass Shooting Pleads Guilty To Murder and Terrorism Charges

Gunman Behind Racially-Motivated Buffalo Mass Shooting Pleads Guilty To Murder and Terrorism Charges

The gunman who orchestrated a racially motivated mass shooting inside a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, that killed 10 people has pleaded guilty to murder and terrorism charges.

Payton Gendron, 19, will now be sentenced to life in prison without parole as part of his plea, BBC reported. While in court on Monday, Judge Susan Eagan read off the name of each victim and asked Gendron if he killed them because of their race. He said “yes” to each charge.

Gendron was charged with first-degree murder, murder as a hate crime, and domestic terrorism motivated by hate. He’s also facing multiple federal charges that could be punishable by death.

“I understand this is a momentous and tremendously emotional event,” Judge Egan said.

The charges stem from the May 14 mass shooting where Gendron drove more than 200 miles to a predominantly Black neighborhood in Buffalo. He was dressed in military gear with a camera fastened to his head when he arrived at Tops Friendly Market and live-streamed himself conducting the mass shooting.

In total, Gendron fatally shot 10 people ranging in age from 32 to 86. Three others were wounded.

During the Monday hearing, many relatives of the victims attended and became emotional while listening to Gendron plead guilty to all charges, the Associated Press reported. Several family members later shared how cold the plea left them as Gendron’s motive highlighted the deep-rooted issue of racism in America.

“His voice made me feel sick, but it showed me I was right,” Zeneta Everhart said, whose 20-year-old son survived after being shot in the neck.

“This country has a problem. This country is inherently violent. It is racist. And his voice showed that to me.”

Gendron’s lawyers claim he now regrets the mass shooting.

“This critical step represents a condemnation of the racist ideology that fueled his horrific actions on May 14,” Gendron’s lawyer Brian Parker said. “It is our hope that a final resolution of the state charges will help in some small way to keep the focus on the needs of the victims and the community.”

Radio Host Howard Stern Audaciously Accuses Oprah Winfrey Of ‘Showing Off’ Wealth On Social Media

Radio Host Howard Stern Audaciously Accuses Oprah Winfrey Of ‘Showing Off’ Wealth On Social Media

Radio host Howard Stern recently made entertainment headlines after he called out Oprah Winfrey for “showing off” her wealth.

During Monday’s The Howard Stern Show, he shared his thoughts after seeing the retired billionaire’s behavior on her Instagram page over the holiday weekend.

“Oprah’s not embarrassed by her wealth at all,” Stern said on his show.

“She loves showing it off on Instagram. It’s (expletive) mind-blowing you when you follow her on Instagram, you see her estates, her gardens, the people who service her and, you know.”

Co-host Robin Quivers joked and replied, “Service her? She’s not a car.”

Stern continued, “Well, she kind of is. She’s got servants and like—people cooking, and it’s (expletive) wild.”

“She knows how to be rich… but she kind of likes to show it off, which is something I’m not comfortable with. I don’t think that people should show off their wealth.”

Stern’s co-host provided a different perspective, stating that Winfrey’s posts share a window into her life. “Let’s put it this way, Oprah’s just showing you her life. She’s not showing off,” she said.

But Stern believes the saying with power, comes responsibility.

“Well you gotta be a little self-aware and know that there are people struggling out there, Robin,” Stern explained to his co-host.

“You got to. You gotta kind of think about people who don’t have—to eat. You know what I’m saying? I mean, come on. You gotta be a little bit aware of this (expletive).” But as Quivers said, “Well, if you don’t show your wealth, are they getting fed?” Stern replied, “No, they are not. But I make a good living, and I’m having trouble watching Oprah.”

The 68-year-old host has broadcasted on Sirius XM Satellite Radio since 2006 after his show gained popularity when it was nationally syndicated on terrestrial radio from 1986 to 2005.

In light of his views, Stern did give credit to Winfrey’s charitable efforts by inviting students from her South African school, The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls, to her home annually for Thanksgiving.

Cardi B Throws Dark Shade At Comedian Who Criticized Offset’s Lyrics In Wake Of Takeoff’s Death

Cardi B took the gloves off while engaging in a Twitter shade-throwing session with a comedian who called out the gun violence being referenced in Offset‘s newest release in wake of the fatal shooting of Migos member Takeoff.

On Sunday, a video that appeared to be filmed on Halloween, the night before Takeoff’s November 1 murder, was posted showing Offset in his Joker costume rapping a verse from a track he has coming with Future, Vibe reported.

“Catch a body broad day/Shoot ’em in the hallway,” Offset raps in the song.

Once the video started being shared across social media, comedian Nicole Arbour took it upon herself to scold Offset for releasing a song with gun violence references in wake of Takeoff’s fatal shooting.

“Man…few weeks after his cousin was murdered over a dice game…Offset’s making new music about shooting people and shooting places up,” Arbour tweeted. “Not a single thing was learned.”

https://twitter.com/NicoleArbour/status/1597006221470756864?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1597006221470756864%7Ctwgr%5Ef76603933d20dd5a71c56ba2abe352674310bb17%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.vibe.com%2Fnews%2Fentertainment%2Fcardi-b-nicole-arbour-tweets-offset-1234714671%2F

Cardi B caught wind of Arbour’s tweet and decided to defend her husband. “He hasn’t even been to a studio since Take died so wtf are you talking about?” Cardi B wrote in a since-deleted tweet.

The comedian seemingly responded with sarcasm by calling Cardi B out for reposting the video.

“My bad y’all…” Arbour followed up. “@iamcardib just posted this and I was sure it was Offset rapping about murder with a fake gun. Honestly, my bad if that’s not what this video is.”

Arbour continued. “Oh I said what I said. Even if that video was made before it happened, you STILL don’t see what’s happening? When u promote senseless violence in a community, you GET senseless violence in a community It’s sad af that all these young guys are dying, something has to CHANGE.”

Cardi B clapped back by seemingly turning it into a racial debate, claiming Arbour’s “community” makes music about mass shootings.

“Your community don’t sing about mass shooting and f**kin their cousins yet y’all still do it…Mind your pink neck,” the rapper wrote in the since-deleted tweet.

Arbour went on to explain her stance, noting what she views as hypocrisy over Offset’s new verse that makes references to gun violence despite him losing a family member to the same issue.

“Your brother-in-law was just murdered and you’re posting videos about killing people…still!?!?” Arbour wrote. “Like still!?!? How aren’t you getting it yet? This ain’t a joke, this is real talk. You are a damn leader and you can make change in the NAME of Takeoff.”

That’s when Cardi B went rogue and made a disturbing remark aimed at Arbour’s mother. “YOUR MOTHER IS GOING TO DIE [grinning emoji],” Cardi B wrote in a since-deleted tweet that garnered her swarms of backlash.

Clearly taken aback, Arbour clapped back. “Yo wait. Did @iamcardib just threaten to murder my mom over a tweet about not promoting violence?” she asked. “Is this real life?” She followed up with another tweet referencing Cardi B’s assault case and her past admittance to drugging and robbing men, as noted by CNN.

“Yo @iamcardib you gonna send some guys to beat me up in a strip club now cause the truth is inconvenient to you?? Or just drug me and steal my money? Show some damn respect and stop promoting the murder of black men,” Arbour quipped.

After catching heat for her disturbing tweet about Arbour’s mom, Cardi B seemingly took a different approach and offered to pray for the comedian.

“The fact you trying to use the death of some1 I love to get clout is crazy …..I’m not going to do none of that ….I’m just going to pray for you, “Cardi B tweeted.

After exchanging a few more tweets, including screenshots of alleged racist tweets that Arbour claims were fake, Cardi B ended by posting a video clip representing her feelings on the quarrel.

Executive produced by acclaimed actor Laurence Fishburne and Directed by Academy Award and Emmy nominated filmmaker Laura Checkowa, “The Cave of Adullam” is based on Jason Wilson’s transformative work with minority, disenfranchised youth for over 25 years. Wilson, the founder, and CEO of the Yunion and co-producer of the documentary has dedicated his life to healing and challenging young men to confront their unresolved anger, fear, anxiety, and lack of focus on making tough decisions; which is timely and needed more than ever in a climate of disproportionate violence among young African American men.

Currently streaming on ESPN Plus, “The Cave of Adullam” offers hope for those who have experienced trauma and loss. The trailer can be seen below.

The Yunion organization (pronounced union) is a youth development organization in the heart of Detroit, Mich., that offers a refuge for African American boys who are emotionally and mentally indebted. In 2008, Mr. Wilson’s heart for fatherless and misguided black boys inspired him to create and direct the Cave of Adullam Transformational Training Academy (CATTA). The Yunion is changing the narrative for young black men, one boy at a time while helping them heal by confronting and conquering their negative emotions with composure, and introspectively. Florida Officials Investigate Man’s Death After Suspect Found Partially Conscious With Note

Florida Officials Investigate Man’s Death After Suspect Found Partially Conscious With Note

Florida officials announced the arrest of a woman on suspicion of stabbing a man to death last week.

The discovery occurred after a welfare check at the home of 43-year-old Eugenia Bright on the 800 block of Mecca Drive in Sarasota County, according to a news release issued from the Sarasota Police Department. The release stated that a welfare check was conducted on Monday, November 21, after Bright did not show up for work.

Once authorities entered the home, they discovered Bright fading in and out of consciousness on a bed in the main bedroom next to a bottle of pills. Authorities also spotted blood splattered on the walls of the bedroom and the sink after locating a 53-year-old man who had been stabbed and had two large incisions on his back. Officials did not release the identity of the man under Marsy’s law, which gives victims and their families the right to have their names withheld, according to NBC affiliate station WFLA-TV.

According to WFLA-TV, a witness told authorities they heard a woman screaming from inside her apartment around the time the incident occurred. The news outlet also reported that authorities said there was blood on her clothes but no present defensive wounds or signs of being battered.

According to police, Bright informed detectives she took 12 pills and tried to kill herself. Bright reportedly began crying and stated she was tired after authorities asked her what happened. She was rushed by paramedics to Sarasota Memorial Hospital and given Narcan to treat her for an overdose.

An eight-to-10-inch kitchen knife was reportedly located on the dresser in the home, along with a note from Bright. According to authorities, per WFLA-TV, the note read:

“I do not want a funeral!!!! Just cremate me! Do not take my body to [redacted]. Just find someone that will do a cremation!”

The note also reportedly had instructions that requested two specific women be notified of her death.

When authorities visited the hospital to interview Bright again, she refused to answer questions, invoking her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, according to the news station.

Bright was arrested and currently faces a second-degree murder charge.

She is being held at the Sarasota County Jail without bond, as the man’s death remains under investigation.
